Electronic Dissertations Library

This site records the dissertations produced in 1999 as part of the Department's experiment in electronic disserations. A limited number of students were encouraged to develop electronic versions as the primary version of their dissertation, with a view to discovering the problems of using this mode of delivery and preparation. The experiment will be evaluated and a decision taken on whether and how far to extend the experiment in future years.
